• Within a 2 month trial period, if you are not satisfied with your custom foot orthotics, we promise to give you 100% money back in exchange for your orthotics deemed ineffective, no questions asked. This policy does not cover wear and tear (1). Manufacturing defects can simply be replaced with new materials at no extra cost to the customer within the 1-year adjustment policy (2).

We encourage new orthotic patients to follow our break-in guidelines to give your body a chance to adjust to the new correction first before deciding on a refund.

As Certified Canadian Pedorthist, we have specializing training in modifying and adjusting orthotics. Although it is our goal to achieve effective results in the shortest amount of time, orthotic therapy at times is a process and progress is achieved through close monitoring of your body's response and fine tuning to your specific needs.

(1) Wear and tear is a normal degradation of the soft materials such as fabrics and foam due to frictional forces from regular use. The rate of wear and tear varies depending on a variety of factors such as body weight, type of activity, to list a few. Natural break down is not covered but can be refurbished to new materials at cost between $30.00 CAD to $60.00 CAD. Please call for details.
